This last couple of weeks the challenge that was issued was to try the One Sheet Wonder technique. This is where you take a sheet of pattern paper, can be any full size sheet, and create as many cards as you can from it. The pattern paper typically is the accent piece on the card. It is a great way to knock out lots of cards quickly and showcase some really pretty paper. Also, if you want to use up some pattern paper you have laying around this is also a great way to do that.
Michele, a regular contributor to our challenges, created some great cards with some DSP from last year’s Sale-a-bration. Thanks, Michele! This technique is great if you just want to sit down for some quick creative therapy that doesn’t require a lot of brain power. Let’s face it, sometimes our brains are tired and we want to make something easy and there is nothing wrong with that.
I hope you will give this fun technique a try. Think of all the friends and family you could bless with a heartfelt handmade card.
