I thought I would share my August monthly spread and the page I created to record the last part of the week. For whatever reason I wanted to keep all the July days in their own section and August in a separate section as well. I am not sure I will always to this as I am not sure I like the week split up. As I have shared before this is all a learning experience for me and I am just trying to enjoy the process.
Here is the monthly spread. I chose just a couple of colors. I like this layout better than the July one that I did. It was simple and easy to make. I used my Zig Clean Color Markers to highlight the various elements of the calendar. The washi tape is from a retired suite called En Route. I hand wrote the week days and stamped the name of the month and the “notes” section.
This layout is the last part of the week, when August starts. When I have a class that I am teaching in person I like to record the guests. This helps me prep the correct number of kits for the class and keep track of who has paid. The page is super simple with just titles and some more washi. The month title, week days and dates were stamped, along with the “notes” section. I hand wrote all the rest.
One thing that I discovered is that I miss being able to record which tasks I would like to complete on which days. So as you can see the appts have an area and below that is a space I can record which tasks are to be done that day.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you are able to try something new and have fun!
P.S. I used stamp sets that I had in my stash. I make them easy to find by adding a location to the item in my inventory. I keep track of my stamps and other crafting supplies with my Search Find Create App.
